Chief Executive Officer
Martin Schröder joined Accovion in 2005. As General Manager for Business Development and Corporate Functions, he was responsible for the creation and implementation of a business development strategy, making Accovion well diversified in its client base and service portfolio. He contributed significantly to developing a strategy and building a pool of talented clinical professionals. In 2009, he was promoted to CEO. Prior to joining Accovion, he gained 13 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and 7 years of experience in the medical device industries. He served in several leadership roles, including 6 years as Market Company President at Pharmacia Corp. During his more than 25 years in business, he gained experience in several industries, national and international. He earned his MBA from Bochum University.
