Clinical data should be reliable and credible and processed in a consistent way. To ensure reliable data quality, we program and validate both single and multiple item data consistency checks.
Our Data Coordination team reviews all generated data queries arising from automated processes or manual reviews prior to sending them out to the sites. The investigators will receive them shortly after generating and entering the data into the clinical data management system. This enforces most efficient query management and shortens the query loop significantly, while simultaneously improving the training curve at the site.
The PLUS for you:
Accovion creates patient profiles and additional data listings as necessary for performing medical review and consistency checks that cannot be easily automated (e.g. in complex study designs within long lasting oncology projects).
All queries are entered, processed and tracked in the clinical data management system and are therefore fully traceable and ready for audits and inspections.
