Who we are

Accovion project managers have up to 20 years of experience in the clinical development of drugs in many therapeutic areas, including cardiovascular medicine, diabetology, metabolism, oncology, anti-infectives, neurology, rheumatology, vaccines, plasma proteins, endocrinology, and dermatology.

What we do

The project manager is the Accovion "window person" who can be contacted by the client with all queries and issues.

As the leader of the project team, the project manager assigns, coordinates and supervises the cross-functional project team within Accovion.

Tasks of the project manager at Accovion include:

  • Key contact person for the client, for contracts, budget, project status and resolution of all issues
  • Continuous communication with the client, including regular status reports
  • Project planning and resource management
  • Setting up policies and procedures to optimize communication and project efficiency
  • Supervision of project conduct, budget and timelines across all functions
  • Prioritization of tasks and activities of all functions
  • Contingency planning and problem resolution
  • Continuous documentation of all tasks, responsibilities, steps and issues
  • Team training on project-specific issues as well as new regulations and guidelines that are issued while the project is running.
  • Ongoing quality management in cooperation with the Accovion Quality Assurance group.
