Accovion project managers will:

• Act as your primary contact
• Manage all project related contracts, your budget, ensure meeting timelines and measure project-specific key performance indicators
• Ensure continuous information and communication flow, including regular status reports
• Steer initiation and implementation of project-specific processes to optimize communication and efficiency. At Accovion this may include a data surveillance plan, communication flowcharts, an advertisement and subject enrollment strategy and risk management plans
• Manage any issues proactively and in accordance with a project and contingency plan to identify and prevent potential risks. This includes identification and prioritizing financial, technical and legal risks to ensure project success
• Establish and implement a communication and information escalation process.
• Lead the trial team and conduct effective team meetings to ensure good communication practices throughout the trial
• Ensure the trial team performance is compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements, project-specific SOPs and industry best practices
• Use proven quality control tools to collect and measure performance data
• Implement best practices for managing misconduct and fraud, patient safety and avoidance of costly regulatory and legal action

You will be provided with a dedicated project team of highly qualified, motivated and continuously trained experts led by an experienced Accovion project manager. Your team will ensure that your project is performed:

• In accordance with the protocol or observational plan
• In accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements
• In accordance with the applicable SOPs
• With the highest quality, generating reliable data
